| Skill Required | The Person:
A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and/or equivalent work/technology.
Minimum 5 years with proven Business Development experience with Technological understanding, within the Telecom Industry.
Commercial experience (in pricing and or negotiations).
Technical and/or consulting background is a plus.
Self Motivated, Proactive, Goal Orientated driven and Determined
High Verbal, Presentation Skills, communication and inter-personal skills.
Ability to plan and execute complex processes.
Ability to design solutions according to customer's needs.
Excellent Skills in both, English and Spanish.
