| Job Description | The role:
You will be responsible for:
Keeping the mainframe environment stable and interruptions to a minimum.
Conducting project management activities for new system requirements on various projects for deployment of business functions on new servers.
Transfering knowledge and providing leadership support to Analysts and Specialists in the implementation of new hardware, operating systems and other required software on the systems.
Conducting system analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies and work with other professional technical staff in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development.
Providing advice, training, and 24x7 technical support to customers, users and programmers.

| Skill Required | The Person:
o Comprehensive SMP/E skills
• Requires 10+ years experience / proficiency with a variety of CMOS systems software and experience with MAINFRAME.
Assembler language coding
• Application design and coding
• Expertise in DB2, IDMS, IMS, or MQ Series
• Project management certification
• Common Skills
o Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
o Significant project management experience and leadership skills
• Requires proficiency in one or more of the following core CMOS disciplines
o Interactive Systems: Installation, maintenance, customization, system exits & support for CICS
• Requires experience in one or more of the following core Interactive Systems disciplines
o M204, Adabas.
• Diagnostic Skills
o Proficient in trouble shooting using system messages, dump symptoms and Software XCEL
o Dump analysis using IPCS or ISV products: Abend-Aid, Fault Analyzer, etc.
o Understanding of how to collect trace information using GTF, Trace Route, CTRACE
o Experienced in the analysis of diagnostic data leading to the permanent resolution of the problem
Excellent Skills in both, English and Spanish.
