| Job Description | The role:
You will be responsible for:
• Territory development and expansion of both existing and new accounts in these territories.
• Manage the relevant contractual frameworks
• Working with key client stakeholders to identify potential needs and map these into business.
• Promote and publicize the Company capability to the external market place via agreed marketing channels/ events.
• Prepare and deliver high quality sales presentations to key decision makers both internally and with the customer;
• Monitor and respond to competitor behavior and market trends;
• Contribute to coaching of other sales representatives to achieve a high sales competency;
• Responsible for AMX accounts in Mexico (Telcel), Central America (Honduras, Ecuador, Guatemala, Nicaragua) and Puerto Rico deals.

| Skill Required | The Person:
You possess:
• Vast sales experience in the Telecommunications industry and/or Cable/Satellite, and with the Carso Group.
• Experience on selling solutions, combination of products and services, with large deals (above 10M deals).
• Ability to influence, motivate and demonstrate thought leadership.
• Is personally persuasive and can teach a point of view to others
• Capable of selling concepts and solutions to Technology and their business counterparts and communicating these in professional, innovative and credible proposals
• Vast experience in doing business with either Telmex or AMX group
• Advantage to Sales Engineers experience with technical background
• Experience of operating in a well disciplined industry, operating in a stand-alone capacity and process improvement
• Experienced working for broad range of medium to large multinational corporations with culturally diverse workforces and leading contract negotiations
