| Job Description | The role:
Will prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards in both US and local GAAP.
Will also develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, prepare periodic variance reports, and recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
Coordinate the audit of the financial statements with the external auditors. The position will also assist in the preparation of the required tax returns.

| Skill Required | The person:
You possess:
a Certified Public Accountant.
Must be able to prepare the local books and records as well as prepare the Mexican income tax returns.
Experience with US GAAP and dealing with a Foreign parent.
Should have experience in collections, contracts and office administrations.
He or She will be a “One” person accounting department.
Interested to grow within the company.
100% English is a Must and Strong Communication Skills.
