| Job Description | Should have in depth experience in developing complex IBM Lotus Notes Client and Web Applications – R6/R7/R8
Should have core experience in Lotus Formula Language, Lotus Script, HTML, JavaScript, XML and AJAX.
Should be a IBM Certified Lotus Notes Professional in R6/R7
To be able to provide solutions to complex issues
In collaboration with the current developer, chart out a comprehensive plan for Knowledge Transfer (KT) phase
During KT phase: sit with current developer and develop a complete understanding of the client systems, nature of work and the processes to be followed
Document the acquired knowledge in documents called the System Maintenance Technical Document (SMTD) and Execution Process Document (EPD)
Support and maintain the existing system by attending to the L2 level tickets raised by helpdesk. This could involve:
1. Talking to users, understanding and troubleshooting their problems
2. Fixing bugs and implementing enhancements in the system from time to time
Coordinate with and help the Offshore developer in resolving the issues reported
On weekly/monthly basis, report the status of tickets resolved to the manager for purposes of Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting
Excellent communication – both written and verbal (English &Spanish) |

Complex IBM Lotus Notes
Experience in Lotus Formula Language, Lotus Script, HTML, JavaScript, XML and AJAX.
