| Job Description | The role:
You will be responsible for:
Understanding a client’s overall business and for positioning the Company products.
Tailoring the methodology to meet the client’s needs while preserving a structured process.
Ensuring that day-to-day tasks are carried out both efficiently and effectively at the same time anticipating upcoming tasks in the future. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for follow-on work at existing clients.
Leading project tasks with only high-level direction from the client.
Overseeing the completion of customer solutions and strategies based on the analysis of the customer’s business goals, objectives, needs and general business environment.
Providing both management and technical leadership. Using project management tools to estimate projects and monitor their status. Defining goals and activities required to meet objectives.
Providing guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
The completion and quality of functional specifications, design, system and technical architecture definition, implementation, unit and system testing, and development.
Service Delivery and Client Service
Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

| Skill Required | The Person:
You possess:
a Bachelor of Science or equivalent with 5 to 10 years experience and knowledge of system architecture and/or programming languages, as well as experience managing project teams.
Excellent planning, relationship building, problem solving, and communication skills.
Flexible, dependable, and capable of multi-tasking.
Excellent understanding of desktop and server operating systems software, including UNIX or Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Solid conceptual understanding of the following network technologies and previous experience with several of the following:
• NT domain and/or UNIX installation and configuration
• Browsing and name resolution
• User authentication
• Routing
• Firewall configuration
• Sub-netting issues
• TCP/IP
• Scripting
• Application Development
Must also have an excellent customer service and solid technical skills and be Relevant technical certifications such as MCSE, UNIX, Advanced MetaFrame, Cisco, and Solaris are a plus.
