They are currently seeking for a Junior Account Manager to form part of their organization.
Job DescriptionThe role: You will be responsible mainly for overall product sales targets and customer satisfaction and: Developing intimate knowledge and understanding of customer environment, needs and solutions. Taking part in customer's strategic planning process. Orchestrating the work of Product sales specialists and Services sales, within context of agreed of the Company plan for the customer. Providing quality and innovative solutions to the customer Create and generate demand for the entire Company portfolio. Leading the deal process, negotiation and closure. Researching and analyze the customer's business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement. Involving customer in the Company account plan development. Aggressive problem solving attitude Ensuring to deliver on all commitments of the Company. Meeting sales targets for the Global Account (bookings, revenues, collections) Growth of bookings from new business initiatives (new products, new customers)
Skill RequiredThe Person: A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and/or equivalent work/technology. Engineering background is a plus. At least 3 years experience as a Sales Person, preferably in the Telecommunication markets, with International Sales experience. Minimum 3 years with proven Business Development experience with Technological understanding, within the Telecom Industry. Experience in Presales/ Project management of large network-based systems Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions (business wise) Self Motivated, Proactive, Goal Orientated driven and Determined Strong presentation, negotiations skills, communication and inter-personal skills. Enthusiastic personality, self- motivated, entrepreneur Assertiveness and responsiveness Excellent Skills in both, English and Spanish.
