| Job Description | At least 3 years of end to end ALBPM/Oracle BPM Development experience
Total IT experience minimum 6 years
Should have experience in understanding Business requirements, converting these in to Technical Specifications, designing BPM Architecture, Coding and Unit Testing, Integration and Acceptance Testing.
Good exposure to BPM and BAM Concepts
Project Experience in Java/J2EE
Working knowledge of JSF, Spring frame work, Struts etc.,
Experience in creating Proposals/ effort estimations are necessary
Experience in onsite/offshore coordination is added advantage
Good command in English and local languages is a must
