Job Description• Coordinate with port, ocean carrier and stevedore company representatives on incoming cargo and off loading ships • Inspect cargo for damage when off loaded from vessel, at lay down area and when loaded to truck • Fill out inspection report documentation on each component and provide to project team • Coordinate truck availability for all loads with trucking company • Supervise the loading of all trucks going to site from port the lay-down area • Ensure components are loaded in proper sequence • Coordinate with site on deliveries • Maintain equipment tracking and port loading schedule • Create truck bills of lading and tender loads in PS DASH (or equivalent system) • Insure Bills of Lading are issued and drivers complete "Exception Report" noting any damage • Monitor and document all truck detention • Ensure all return parts are collected and packaged for transport • Monitor return containers shipping back to Denmark
