| Job Description | Drive and Manage Services, Operations Strategy and Execution. Device management engineer, Technical support representatives and Application Support Engineer. Create, drive, and deliver innovative service strategies to generate significant profitable revenue opportunities. Have accountability for profit and loss results for managed application services delivered to the account. Develop and implement effective large customer account management strategies that balance the needs of the customer with the capabilities of the organization. Work closely with other Qpass organizations to ensure customer service and margin targets are met. |
| Skill Required | The person:
You possess:
• 8+ years progressive professional services management experience/consulting experience at a company that delivers software solutions to wireless companies. At least 3 years as Senior Director or Senior Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships across all organizational levels of a customer. And developing C level and VP level relationships at customers.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Thorough understanding of the metrics that drive a MAS organization
• Ability to understand client needs.
• Understanding of underlying technical concepts; technical acumen.
• Experience supporting complex software solutions.
• Strong project and product management experience.
• Bachelors from an accredited university/college; business degree preferred.
• Knowledge in English and Spanish
