Job DescriptionThe role: Directing and controlling sales strategies, planning, and activities in Mexico and Central America region for the entire Company product-line (both VAS and BSS portfolio). Developing ongoing relationships at all levels of management and explore new business opportunities with existing and new customers and partners in the region. Have personal sales responsibility over the entire sales process plus oversee the sales and support operation teams. Ensure good understanding of customers’ requirements and current market information. Responsible for payment collection with the Finance team.
Skill RequiredThe Person: At least 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing in the Telco industry especially with customer relationship. Experience with the Telco customers (e.g., Telcel , Claro , Movistar, America Movil) a must. At least a degree in business or engineering discipline. MBA a plus. Hands-on, decisive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill, integrity, initiative, keen business acumen and the professional stature to match the challenges of the role Dynamic, assertive attitude, view challenges as opportunities Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment Negotiating, planning, reporting and forecasting skills Availability to travel Fluent user of Office products (Excel, PPT, Word) Excellent Skills in both, English and Spanish.
